Jonathon Kambouris is a photographer and artist born and raised in the suburbs outside of Detroit, Michigan. In 2001 he moved to New York City to study art and photography at Parsons School of Design. Upon graduation Jonathon assisted leading artists and creatives in the industry. In 2012 he opened his studio in Brooklyn, NY which specializes in art direction, high fashion, beauty and conceptual photography. Jonathon has shot assignments and campaigns for many prominent editorial and commercial clients, however, he has always kept a strong emphasis on creating personal work. The Last Meals Project is world renowned and was shown in the 2010 Singapore Fringe Festival. Since then he has taken part in countless interviews to discuss his project in medias ranging from TV shows, documentaries, newspaper articles, magazines, websites and radio programs. Jonathon’s last meal would be a cheese burger, fries, root beer and a chocolate milk shake.
